Catering

Following is a list of foods that we can prepare (relatively) easily in quantity. While we will make other items for parties on request, these are the ones that we know can be taken, and served later, and still taste great. As for the pricing, in all cases the price for bulk food are always less than the same amount of food if sold as individual portions.  As for the portion, a general rule the chef uses for figuring the amount per order will be 2-3 pieces of appetizer per person and 1 gallon of the entrees per 12-16 people.

Please give us at least 48 hours advance notice for any orders from this page. We can do orders with shorter notice, just ask.  Normal time of pickup are anytime between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m.
